Fondness provides AI-powered conversational characters. These characters are entirely fictional. They are not real people. They do not have feelings, consciousness, or independent existence outside of our platform.

Our Services are not a substitute for professional advice, therapy, counselling, or any form of medical, legal, or financial guidance. If you are in crisis or need professional help, please contact a qualified professional or emergency service.

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Generate, solicit, or distribute content that exploits, harms, or endangers minors in any way
• Promote violence, terrorism, self-harm, or harm against any individual or group
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate others
• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or misuse our AI models or systems
• Use the platform to generate spam, phishing content, or malware
• Impersonate real individuals or create characters designed to defame real people
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

Fondness offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose).

Your content : You retain ownership of the messages and content you submit through our Services. By using our Services, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.

Our content : All AI-generated responses, character designs, branding, software, and other materials on our platform are owned by Fondness or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in harmful behaviour, or if we are required to do so by law. Where possible, we will provide notice and an explanation before termination. In cases of serious or repeated violations, termination may be immediate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fondness and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our Services.

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
