Data Deletion Request
Request deletion of your data from Fondness
If you have interacted with any Fondness character accounts on Instagram or other platforms, you can use this form to request deletion of all data we hold related to your interactions.
This includes your username, user ID, message history, and any other data collected during your interactions with our AI characters.
We will process your request within 30 days in accordance with GDPR Article 17 (Right to Erasure).
What happens next
- We will verify your request and locate all data associated with your identifier
- All matching data (messages, user IDs, conversation history) will be permanently deleted
- You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete
- This process takes up to 30 days
If you have a Fondness account, you can also delete your account and all associated data directly from your account settings.
